A practical, criteria-based checklist. It does not tell you which clinic to pick — it gives you the same questions to ask each one, so you can compare on your own terms.

Compare every clinic on the same criteria: registration and accreditation, the named dentist who will actually treat you and their qualifications, whether a plan follows real diagnostics, which materials and implant system are quoted, what the total itemised price includes, and the written warranty and aftercare terms.
1. Registration and accreditation
- Is the clinic authorised for health-tourism services and registered with the Turkish Ministry of Health? Ask for the registration and verify it.
- Is the treating dentist registered with the Turkish Dental Association? Ask for their name and credentials in advance.
- Does the clinic display any independent quality accreditation? Treat displayed logos as claims to verify, not proof.
2. The dentist who will actually treat you
- Who performs the treatment — a named dentist, or whoever is available on the day?
- What is their experience with your specific procedure?
- Will you be able to speak with them directly, not only with a sales or coordination team?
3. Diagnosis and treatment planning
- Is a plan based on your own X-rays or a 3D scan, rather than a generic package?
- Are alternatives explained, including doing less or nothing?
- Are you given time to consider, without pressure to book immediately?
- Is the plan and consent form written in a language you fully understand?
4. Materials and what is included
- Which implant, crown or veneer brands are used, and why?
- Is the quote itemised, and does it separate the implant from the crown?
- What exactly does the package include — imaging, temporaries, hotel, transfers?
5. Guarantees and complications
- What is guaranteed, for how long, and what are the conditions?
- If something fails or a complication arises after you return home, who is responsible and who pays?
- Can your local dentist carry out any follow-up, and will the clinic share full records?
6. Aftercare and follow-up
- How is aftercare handled once you are back in your own country?
- Will you receive your full treatment records, images and material details?
- Is there a clear point of contact for questions afterwards?
7. Time, travel and logistics
- How many trips does the treatment realistically need, and how long between them?
- Does the plan leave enough healing time rather than rushing to fit a short holiday?
- Are costs like flights, accommodation and time off work factored into your comparison?
